Description

The Businessmen's Circle dedicates this year the brown book to the Board of Services of the European Union. As everyone knows, the principal target of the Board is the attainment of a real domestic market in the sector services, so that there are exercised two fundamental freedoms that the Constitutive Treaty of the European Community dedicates: the free circulation of services and the freedom of establishment of the lenders of the same ones. For it, his transposition in the Spanish juridical arranging will be a crucial milestone in the process of modernization and opening of such a transcendental sector for the Spanish economy as it is this one.
